The inside of a healthy egg is normally free of bacteria so long as it is fully intact and properly refrigerated.
Paleo diet smoothies can be purchased or made in advance and stored in a freezer or refrigerator for a quick on-the-go breakfast solution or snack. Exercise is important for every diet.
